THE VOICE OVER is the guiding theme that will discover to participants the script of the activity that the will do.
THE VOICE OVER, that they will listen on their MP3, guides the participants movements, they start doing small individual actions and they go “in crescendo” until finish with a great show.
THE VOICE OVER is the connection, the link between the participants, what make them different to the rest of the people.
People who become by surprise in the audience
of this hilarious activity.
ACTION / REACTION
The contrast with our guests actions and the passers-by reactions are caught on camera by our filming crew, and later
edited in an hilarious video-clip.
SPOTS COMPETITION
AMATEUR: In combination with the Ipad geocaching activity, teams must create, perform and record a TV ad with their tablets.
PROFESSIONAL: There will be a professional filming crew available for each team. Participants must create a script for the spot, rehearse and then perform the TV ad.
PRICES will be awarded to the best spots in an “Oscar-style” Academy award night during the Gala Dinner. Viewing the spots and voting with the help a purposely built app is also possible.
MAKE YOUR MOVIE
This is a funny activity in which all participants work together to make a film, they will make their own version of a classic film.
First phase: Creation of characters and decorations: With theh materials and following the script that Cutting Edge Events will provide them, participants should complement their costumes and make their own decorations. Also they have the option to change a bit the script to their liking to create their own version of this classic.
Second Phase: Recording scenes: once made the sets and dresses and makeup and all, we will record the scenes from the movie.
The end result, once published, will be sent by e.mail between 24 and 48 hours later.
IPAD TREASURE HUNT
Depending on the client’s expectations, this can be designed as a collaborative or a competitive activity.
The group is broken down into several teams - each team will be handed an iPad, and different roles will be assigned to each team member. A website has been designed ad-hoc for each event by our web-design team. The team leader will have to follow the instructions that show up on the iPad.
All photos and videos will be uploaded to the iPad “on-the-go”, and will be instantaneously shared with all the other teams thanks to our i-cloud technology based server. At all times, the teams will be interacting with our “Event administrator” via Skype or “face time” technology.
